Perfect with: Shiitake, Maitake, Oyster, or Lion’s Mane (small chunks)

Ingredients:

  • Veggie or chicken broth base
  • Garlic Clove
  • Ginger Root
  • Sesame Oil (optional substitute with Olive Oil)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Ramen noodles or rice noodles
  • Soft-boiled egg (optional)
  • Bok choy, green onion, sesame oil
  • Sautéed mushrooms

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add 2 tbsp garlic clove, and ginger stirring gently till they turn translucent, then slowly add the broth and soy sauce. (optional add Hondashi powder)
  2. Add mushrooms, and Bok choy and simmer…
  3. Serve over cooked noodles, topped with veggies and egg.
  4. Optional additions Hoisin sauce, Gochujang sauce, Sriracha, Chili Crisp, Chicken, Pork, Rare Steak, Fish Cake, jalapeno, meatballs…
