These gourmet mushrooms are so incredibly versatile from grilling, to baking, sauteed, or fried. One of the easiest ways to cook these delicious meaty mushrooms is to dry cook them. Dry Cook?? Yes, dry cook them, essentially this means to cut or tear them into the size pieces you like, place them in a skillet over medium heat. No Butter, No Oil, No Moisture of any kind, just stir and flip the mushrooms like this over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or to the texture you like (you can even go longer than 5 minutes, and put a crust on them). When you have reached your desired texture, put a dollop of butter, or oil in the skillet, and spice with your favorite spice stir another minute, or two and enjoy.
